A modern single storey purpose built holiday villa set in a quiet street within a community of holiday villas away from the hotels of the resort. Within short walking distance of Bars, Restaurants and food shops and children play facilities.

A fold out camping bed is available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £45 per week (£75p/w in July & August). A cot is also available at an extra cost of £19 per week and high chairs are available free of charge when you book a cot - subject to availability.

1 of several attractive modern purpose built single storey holiday villas we can offer, privately owned and furnished in identical/similar styles. The villa area is located just 1400m from the marina at Cala en Bosch ( a local bus service-bus stop 5mins walk runs regularly to the Marina ) and just 450m from a choice of bars/restaurants, mini markets and children's play area. All Located in the same cul de sac road they can be rented together with a maximium of a 5 min wallk between any of them. Some are next to each other. Please enquire.
The villas are set in 450m2 plots, which are totally enclosed making them safe for children and screened for privacy. Each villa has a private pool either (8 x 4.5 m) with roman steps or kidney shaped swimming pool measuring 6 x 3m set either in the front or rear of the property. There is outside patio garden furniture, large built-in barbeque, outside shower and sunbeds. All the interiors of these villas are the same hence the same interior photographs. ( Where we have individual photos we show them above) If this villa is not available you might find one of the others is. The other villas are:-

The villas have an entrance hall, lounge/dining room with SAT TV (UK free to view channels) and DVD plus French windows leading onto the terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are three bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms as decribed above.
The villa has a safe and ceiling fans and is an ideal choice for both couples and families.
The villas are just a short walk from the rocky coastline where you can enjoy breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. There's a sandy beach 1800m away, a local bus service runs to the beach regularly. Just a few minutes further on is another beach ( Son Xoriguer ) with a choice of water sports. Bike hire is also popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop just 400m from the villas.
Cala en Bosch (also known as Cala en Bosc) is a lively resort by Menorcan standards close to Ciutadella and approx 1 hour 15 mins from Mahon. The hub of the resort is centred around the marina which has a distinct 'Riviera' feel about it. Cala en Bosch has a water park, karting track plenty of children's entertainment areas, bouncy castles, mini trains and a huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Relax in one of the many bars and restaurants surrounding the marina and watch the boats slowly come and go at their own leisurely pace. Wander through the small selection of shops and local stalls at night, having enjoyed the safe sandy beach during the day, maybe even a day trip on the glass bottom boat to one of the beautiful nearby virgin beaches or coves not reachable by land, or visit Ciutadella ( highly recommended) just a 15 minute drive or 25 min bus trip away.
Bus Service
There is a good and frequent bus service to Ciutadella. The bus stop is located just outside the villa area (10min slow walk) on the main road.
