Overview
Three bedroom Holiday Villa in Cala en Bruc ( one of 6 identical villas ) sharing the same private grounds , 5-10 minutes walk to Cala en Blanes beach ( 400m ). Situated in a quiet area on the small headland of Cala en Bruc overlooking a natural cove and the Mediterranean. All the interiors of these villas are the same hence the same interior photographs. The villas are located adjacent to each other making them ideal for families of groups of friends who want separate accommodation but next be close to each other.
Only a 1 to 2 minute walk to the coast, where you have direct access to the sea from the rocks and sunbathing platforms. The snorkelling is excellent and you can even feed the fish from your hands!
Please Note:
A fold out camping bed is available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £75 per week. A cot is also available at an extra cost of £19 per week and high chairs are available free of charge when you book a cot - subject to availability.
Price includes interim clean and linen change if the stay is over ten nights.

A recent purpose built three bedroom holiday villa situated in a quiet area (Cul de Sac) on a small headland of Cala en Bruc and overlooks a natural cove and the Mediterranean with glorious sea views, where you have direct access to the sea from the rocks and sunbathing platforms. The snorkling is excellent and you can even feed the fish from your hands!
Villa was built with double walls to keep the villa cool in the summer but being right on the coast the villa normally benefits from a cool breeze. It is within easy reach of all facilities and amenities and only 150 meters from the diving/sunbathing platforms of Cala en Brut.
The villas are a 10 minute walk (400m) from the beach at Calan Blanes, The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 150m away.
Villa offers a good standard of comfortable accommodation within easy reach of all facilities and amenities. Arranged on one level with ramps, extra wide door openings and handrails in the bathrooms, this villa is potentially suitable for wheelchair users allthough it is not fitted out for such.
The villas each have their own private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4.5m (depth 1.10 to 1.90) with Roman steps, bordered by sun terraces with outside garden furniture, sunbeds for 6 people and a built in barbeque overlooking the garden. The gardens are totally enclosed making them safe for children and are screened for privacy. There is also private parking on a driveway.
You enter the villa into an entrance hall, lounge/dining room with satellite TV (free to view channels only) and DVD and French windows leading onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and doors to the terrace. The separate utility room has a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double and full en-suite bathroom and there are 2 further twin bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and another bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.
The bustling resort of Cala en Blanes and Cala en Forcat are only a 10 - 15min walk away and there you will find a huge selection of shops, bars, restaurants, children's play areas and an Aquapark.
