Detached villa located towards the end of a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac. The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors and is both spacious and bright with windows to the rear overlooking the terrace and pool. The villa has recently been updated throughout and offers a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The Villa  is situated in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, in an area of approximately 300 hectares of landscapes and pine forests. It offers the perfect spot for a family holiday or for those demanding a golf course on the doorstep. Son Parc offers has an 18 hole golf course with putting green and driving range. There are also tennis courts available and a comfortable club house bar with restaurant overlooking the course. Son Parc also has a choice of restaurants, small shops and supermarkets making it the ideal holiday destination.

Surrounded by small gardens stocked with a variety of shrubs. The villa is surrounded by pine trees which give a high degree of seclusion and privacy. The private swimming pool measures 7½x4m and has the convenience of an adjacent outside shower. Overlooking the swimming pool is a good sized terrace with a BBQ.

The open plan living room/dining room is spacious and flexible room with wooden beams to the ceiling and an open fireplace. TV. There are 2 double doors opening onto the rear terrace of the villa which make these rooms both bright and airy.

The modern kitchen is open plan to the dining room and is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Aslo there is a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, with rear access to laundry drying area.
