Overview
The beautiful beach at Binibeca is just 300m walk away, but villa is in a quiet zone. There are NO hotels only private villas.

Dependent on the other half being occupied you will have sole use /share the pool. Each Villa half has a private outside seating eating area for privacy
One of two villas set in their own private garden sharing a private pool and gardens but each with individual patio terraces, sun roofs and barbecue areas. The villas can be rented separately or together for larger groups.
These two villas are side by side ( see diagram below ) each affording good privacy and share the large lit 10m X 5m pool. They offer separate well equipped accommodation in a split level layout: Each side has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge/dining room and well equipped kitchens. Obviously the pool and patio is only shared if both villas are occupied otherwise private.
Because of the very close proximity of the villa to the pool, it is very safe for children as mums and dads can always view the children in the pool from within the villa. The pool is also ideal for very young children and mums with babies as it is accessed by gentle roman steps which lead into the shallow end and then graduates up to a depth of 2 metres at the far end. It is always meticulously maintained by a pool technician who calls twice every week.
The Villas are just a few minutes walk away from Binibequer's fine white sand beach which is ideal for children with its shallow sand waters and for the bigger ones with rocks further out for great snorkelling. The beach has shaded areas under trees as well as a very popular tapas bar located at the waters edge.
They can be let together (sleeping up to 12) or as individual villas.
Both have a large roof terrace for sun bathing with sea view.
