Set in a great location just a few minutes walk from the beach at Arenal D en Castell. The Villa has a private swimming pool, private mature garden with trees, shrubs and plants it also has a 60 square meter terrace for sun bathing and relaxing.
There is plenty of shade under the trees and the terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. The nearby watersports centre at Fornells is just 10 mins away and the 18 hole golf course at Son Parc 15 mins.

Accommodation includes:-
Groundfloor-1 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, a hallway and a family bathroom with bath, WC, bidet and hand washbasin.
Upper floor- Lounge/dining area (with wood burning stove for chillier nights and out of season stays) with french doors leading to a balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Finally there is an additional shower room and access to the rear balcony that overlooks the pool and garden to the rear.
A private drive at the front of the property provides off road parking.
There are approximately nine restaurants in the resort, three of them by the beach. There are Supermarkets, newsagents and souvenir shops are within easy walking distance of the villa.
Conveniently located villa overlooking the beautiful horseshoe bay of Arenal D'en Castell just 100 metres from the beach with its pedalos, boat hire facilities and diving is available at Coves Noves nearby.
The beautiful world famous port of Mahon is 20 km away and boasts fine harbour side restaurants, a casino and boutiques.
