This four bedroom villa is located in the highly sought after area of Binibequer Nou, on the southeast coast of Menorca and is a sun lovers delight. Enjoy full sun all day long and make yourself comfortable on any of sun loungers by the swimming Pool. Take a siesta or dine under the shade of the sun terrace's roofed area or just relax and sunbathe on the large private rooftop terrace.
Set on top of the gentle hillside with magnificent views over Menorca's gently rolling countryside and out to sea. The position of the villa takes advantage of the cooling light breeze in the height of the Menorcan summer months, which makes for a very pleasant vacation.
A Baby cot and high chair is provided for "little" guests.

The main living area is light and airy, with its cool tiled floor and white painted walls. With a large dining table, lounge suite wide screen TV, Sky Satellite receiver, DVD player and music system so you can relax to your favourite music.
The wide patio doors lead directly on to a good size poolside patio where I think you will spend a lot of your time. On the patio we have a table and chairs, ideal for that alfresco dining along with reclining sun beds around the pool.
The large roof terrace has access from the top of the grand marble staircase, and master bedroom. This terrace is not overlooked by any other property, so is ideal for that all over suntan.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor. It has a comfortable twin beds with ample wardrobe space in the two built-in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w.c
Patio doors lead from this bedroom onto a large private sun terrace. There are a further three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, all with patio doors that open onto the pool area. Ground floor bathroom with two wash hand basins, bath with shower over toilet and bidet.
Cala Torret is a pedestrian village of low rise fisherman's style apartments about 500 meters from Binibequer beach, behind it and stretching up the gentle hill side is Binibequer nou an area of privately owned villas with public tennis courts in the middle. Cala Torret has several restaurants with Binibequer Vell only a stroll away giving you a greater choice.
