A german owned villa which means a sensible price for qood quality. In main season the preferred changeover day is Thursday or Sunday. IMPORTANT
Please note the the owner is a great animal lover and he cares for a few abandonned cats who visit the villa from time to time for food provided by the owner. You may choose to check their feed yourselves or have the owners' caretaker do this. It is a condition of renting the villa that the cats are cared for.
Additional Information
The Villa is just 10 minutes walk away from Binibequer's fine white sand beach which is ideal for children with its shallow sandy bottomed waters and for the bigger ones with rocks further out for great snorkelling. The beach has shaded areas under trees - with picnic tables, as well as a very popular bar located at the waters edge.
The single story villa has been built so that all the rooms open out onto the garden and pool patio areas. The roof extends at the back of the villa to create a shaded area and for eating Al Fresco. There is a large built in Barbecue for guests use.
A large paved area around the pool also borders the simple garden. The garden has a large pine tree for shade and Siestas in the hammock. There is a friendly wild tortoise who lives in the garden who helps himself to food left for him by the owner. Dont be too shocked if you are asleep on the patio and you are woken by some scratching - it will be the tortoise mounting his food bowl! he lives under the bush next to the hammock.

All the beds and matresses have been transported from germany. The locally purchased matresses are notoriously soft!
Binibequer Vell (mock menorcan fishing village) and Cala Torret are in easy walking distance, where a range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be found.
