Airlines There are more beds available on menorca than there are available aircraft seats from the uk to bring the guests. By promoting your property to english speaking guests from outside the uk there are more chances that they can get there when your peoperty is free. Its just common sense. Lack of low cost airlines from U.K to Menorca means the total holiday price is not so competitive versus Eastern European alternatives. A falling Pound versus the Euro means the island is becoming more expensive for U.K. people - Not so for Eurozone holidaymakers

The U.K market for Menorca is very competitive, with pressure on rental prices. In contrast, the private Holiday Homes lets market for Menorca in Germany is very,very underdeveloped. Add to this, that one half of our team has lived and worked in Germany for the last ten years and knows the language, culture and people - it was time to change tactics.
