By promoting your property to english speaking guests from outside the uk there are more chances that they can get there when your property is available. It's just common sense.
- A falling Pound versus the Euro means the island is becoming more expensive for U.K. people - Not so for Eurozone holidaymakers (don't forget your maintenance bills are mostly in Euros too!)
The U.K market for Menorca is very competitive, with pressure on rental prices. In contrast, the private Holiday Home lets market for Menorca in Germany is very,very underdeveloped. Add to this, that one half of our team has lived and worked in Germany for ten years knows the language, culture and people - it was time to change tactics.
