Details

Facing due south, this is a sun and relaxtion lovers delight. Enjoy sun and scenic panoramic views all day long with dreamy sunsets as the sun slips over the horizon of the totally unbuilt bayside opposite.

A variery of bars and restaurants are just far enough away to walk to but not to disturb you as any escaping sound goes right over the top of you - you will hear only the water below and the evening frogs.

The apartment lounge has been completey refurbished recently and features thoughtful lighting for great evenings indoors and on the terrace. Enjoy indoor or outdoor meals with space for 4 and relax with comfortable outdoor seating to arrange to your wishes.

A day bed is available for Siestas on the terrace.

Swimming Pool - Our Owners insider tip

Within Cala en Porter there are 3 Bars where for the price of a drink you can use their pools - there is one within five and two further within 15 mins., walking distance. This is a real alternative to paying the expense of a private pool and not having this memorable view.

The accommodation is built terraced on the bay cliffs with open views to the sea and inland valley with no buildings to disrupte the view. The french doors can be fully opened to allow you to enjoy the terrific view even from inside.

Terrace

We make best use of the large partially covered sun terrace to provide shaded eating and relaaaaaxation areas as well as full sun spaces for 2 sun loungers and 2 recliner chairs. This terrace will quickly become the centerpiece of your stay. You are located frontline almost literally over the water 30 meters below the cliff tops, so the dominant noise is water and nature.

Lounge

The lounge has a large modern sette with large matching poufs that double as seating for children. Storage. TV plus a DVD player for evenings and keeping any children 'entertained' while you relax on the terrace. There is a small DVD collection ( adults and childrens titles english/german ), and book (english/german ) library . As music lovers we have a small but wide selection of CDs ( pop,rock,classical and lounge) to enjoy or connect up your mp3 player to our stereo or wireless headphones. Hi-Fi also has USB stick inputs.

There is a natural air flow from the back of the cooling cliff stones to the terrace area so air conditioning is not required. There is a large ceiling fan in the lounge for August temperature highs. There is an inside dining area for with places for up to four. Backgammon,cards and other board games for guests use. To the side of the lounge are the two bedrooms. The main double bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and window (with builtin mosquito screen ) looking out onto the terrace and the views. A mp3 speaker system for relaxing to music in the bedroom. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan. The second small bedroom has in built wardrobe space and two bunk beds (ideal for the children). Being at the cliffside it is also cooler.

At the back of the lounge is a modern kitchen area complete with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and gas hob ( toaster , coffee maker ). The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Finally, there is a modern bathroom with (narrow) corner shower and toilet.

Other

Safe free parking is available just a few metres from the appartment entrance. For your outside evening background music there are the frogs who provide the nightly chorus from behind the beach and the water below to create a very relaxing blend.

There is a "secret" stairway to the front of the beach and beach side bars for evening Tapas which takes 10mins walk.
