Located in the popular Son Bou gardens complex, these two storey apartments built in classical meditarraen style share well tended gardens with spacious grassed areas and palm trees. There are on site Bar Restaurants, three pools(with baby/toddler pools) and tennis courts for use guests' use. The complex is a short stroll to the main access point of the magnificent long beach at Son Bou.
We can offer several apartments, privately owned and allocated at booking. It is important to note that they are individually furnished, the photographs here are used only as a guide. However all have the same layouts. Please specify whether you wish a ground floor or first floor apartment.
Set in a well tended gardens divided into three zones. Each zone has its own pool and Bar Restaurant but there is no restictions which you can use.
All the apartments face south and are either ground floor with covered terrace open to the grounds or first floor with open sunny terrace. Each is furnished in a basic traditional style, the lounge-dining area and kitchen area are all open plan. Each apartment has two bedrooms, the main is a double sized room with either twin-bedded/double bed and has access to a small rear terrace for quieter moments. The second smaller bedrooms, ideal for children, have two individual beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The apartments have a full sized bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and WC.
For self catering guests there is a well stocked supermarket at the complex centre, along with Tabac and Souvenirs shops. It is a further few minutes walk to the resort's main commercial centre.
In Son Bou, there are plenty of bars/restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Club San Jaime is open to all and offers additional pools, a water-slide, wooden maize and a couple of bar & restaurants allowing parents to relax while children play. There is also evening entertainment. at this venue.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, clubs, shops and hotel entertainments. Alternatively you can venture into Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and a wide range of restaurants and nightlife offerings. As the island of Menorca is only small there are many places of interest within easy reach. From one end of the island to the other is under an hours drive and is well worth the drive.
There is a established footpath which takes you to the next resort of Santa Tomas through the nature reserve and along the coast, a very nice walk highly recommended. Additionally there are daramatic coastal views to be had with an easy pathway to the headland of Ses Peynes that dominates the east of Son Bou.
Nearest towns are Alaior and Es Mercadal, both only 10 minutes away, and having a good selection of bars and restaurants. Alaior is a cultural and university town with pretty old centre for great coffees and shopping strolls. Es Mercadal is known for its food with several very good restaurants at all price ranges.
An onsite Reception is available for key collection, with safe boxes to hire, changing rooms with showers and storage for suitcases to help with arrival and departure logistics.

At the centre of the zones is club Sant Jaime, with additional bar restuarants, pools, waters chutes, evening entertainment. This is also where this area's supermarket is located as well as an ATM machine - See map below
