Overview
A single storey air conditioned semi-detached villa, one of three properties that share a plot enjoying a large communal pool and terrace but each with their own shaded terrace for privacy and outdoor eating and seating. A good alternative to the expense of a detached Villa with private pool yet without being part of a crowd. Complete with everything for an enjoyable holiday but without the costs.
Please Note:
IMPORTANT you are resposnible for cleaning the villa on departure. You may do this yourselves or we will provide details of a local company who can do it for you.
A baby cot and high chair is available for guest's use.
Two of the three are holiday homes so may not be occupied during your stay, so the pool and terrace can be free for your sole enjoyment. The third is occupied by a resident working couple.
Details
The air conditioned lounge ( refurnished and modernised in 2012 and 2013 ) offers space for up to 6 people with flat screen television, Satellite channels ( FTA german, english ). Entertainment is provided with MP3 player connections to TV and a mini HiFi for your music enjoyment. The lounge has patio doors through to the covered terrace and gardens. 2 additional guests can use a double sofacouch in this living room.

A full size,fully kitted kitchen is complete with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs. A modern bathroom complete with large walk-in shower, sink and wc.
The main bedroom has a modern double sized bedroom with side tables and built in wardrobe. The smaller second bedroom has two single beds, with built in wardrobe.
The pool area is situated for maximum sun during the day. The private terrace is perfect for breakfast Al fresco enjoying the morning sun.
Guests have use of grassed areas for play and relaxation. The garden area is planted mostly with grass dotted with shading Palm trees and mediteranean shrubs and plants.
Finally, there is heating for colder out of season nights.
