Transfer Options - Airport Buses, Taxi or Shuttle?
There are no Airport Shuttle buses to any beach resorts and are simply not a viable transfer option as you must travel to Mahon bus station and then wait for infrequent services to reach any Holiday Resort.
There are no private Taxi firms , definitely no Uber as such but daytime there are plenty of Taxis from outside arrivals. For 4 or less passengers to Holiday Resorts within 25km they represent the best value and convienience. However they do not provide (or offer pre-booked) child seats. Airport Taxis cannot be reserved in advance.
For larger groups,greater distances from Airport or Ferryport eg West Coast resorts or you need to guarantee a child seat we recommend either a shared or private transfer booked in advance. Child seats only available with Private transfers . We recommend Shuttle Menorca as they are a Menorcan company that has been in operation for many years.

Transfers on Menorca - Good to know
There are only three bus companies on Menorca that do the actual transfers ( including for tour operators ) regardless of who you book with!
Journey times for west coast will be 40-60 min. depending on traffic.
All transfer buses are parked just outside the airport terminal for easy access.

Exit Arrivals baggage hall. On the right hand end of Airport Terminal you will find the Shuttle Service Offices for handing in Transfer Vouchers and be directed to your vehicle.
Transfer time for Private / VIP service will be 0 hr 15 mins depending on traffic. Shared services may incur longer times with multiple stops plus waiting for other passenger's arrival and walking time as any drop off only at nearest Hotel

2024 Need Transfers?
Using public buses from Airport are not practical for Resort transfers so you will need either a shared or private transfer, Taxi or Hire Car.
Good to know...No Hire Car? West coast resorts ( Cala'n Bosch, Cala'n Forcat ) are often best via a Private transfer rather than Taxi (circa 65-75 Eur one way), especially with children and over 4 pax (includes any age child) Where TWO taxis would be required.
